Welcome to our online shop

Alongside our general and bespoke services, we also host an onsite Blacksmiths gallery which displays a range for blacksmith made items, available to buy directly from West Country Blacksmiths, plus a range of made to order designs which can be purchased online, made to size and sent directly.

Please feel free to browse our product ranges for our online blacksmith gallery, but please remember that anything you can’t find, could be designed and made to order by our blacksmiths, all you have to do is ask. We will then produce any designs necessary and submit a free estimate to undertake the piece for you.

Please note that although we will always do our best to meet the estimated delivery window, as items are handmade to order, sometimes a delivery may overrun. We would always recommend placing an urgent order online and following this up with an email to let us know when a product is required and we will endeavour to have your order to you before the required date.

We are pleased to offer to bespoke make this beautifully summers bench to order. The bench is finished with a hot-dip galvanised finish to offer the best possible rust protection prior to acid treating and paint finishing to the colour of heritage black. All metalwork is made from solid steel bar and not poor quality hollow section steel as with cheaper off the shelf benched. The bench will be delivered on a pallet as one complete piece. The bench will be handmade to order and may vary slightly from the pictured bench due to the handmade nature of the piece. Bespoke curtain rail with swollen hammered back ends with bespoke brackets – Made to measurements supplied

Curtain rail supplied as a bespoke curtain pole made to the required length and two brackets as pictured. The curtain pole is made from 20mm solid steel round bard which is hammered back on each end to decoratively swell the bar. The curtain rail it then forge treated, polished and finished with a traditional dark beeswax. The curtain rail is supplied with two fixing bracket which are again hand forged and finished with the same process. The bracket are countersunk to receive a standard fixing. West Country Blacksmiths are proud to produce Exmoor roe deer antler candelabra's using stag antlers found on the moors of Exmoor. Working in partnership with local farmers, West Country Blacksmiths receive antlers found on the moor and make items to order such as these beautiful tabletop pieces. The Exmoor Roe Deer Antler Candelabras are made with a forged textured base plate with four feet with the antler fixed to the base via a decorative metal connecting piece. From this connecting piece, arms of textured steel grow organically around the antler very decoratively and wit some end of the steel tapered and shaped, and some with a disk to act as a drip tray to a candle which slots into a copper tube. Metalwork is all heat treated and lacquered to offer the piece protection and leave a lovely metal-like finish.
