Shepard's crook and water twisted fire tongs hand forged from steel by the expert craftsmen of West Country Blacksmiths here at Allerford Forge. The tongs are finished with a traditional beeswax finish, which was sourced locally. The tongs are available in a variety of sizes.

Horseshoe coat rack bespoke made by the expert blacksmiths of West Country Blacksmiths The metalwork is made from reclaimed Exmoor horseshoes supplied by a local farrier, which are burned on the forge to clean them, re-shaped and remarked where necessary. This is then enhanced by forging a carefully designed grapevine pattern which includes hooks. Once made, the coat racks are heated on the forge and finished with a traditional beeswax which is locally sourced.

This dragon door knocker is a real favorite in our gallery. The door knocker is fixed via two countersunk fixing points in the center of the piece. Â The item is roughly 250mm x 250mm in size and comes with a variety of different finishes. Please do consider the correct finish for where the items is to be used. The finishes available including -
- Traditional beeswax for covered or internal use
- Painted to the colour of Semi-Matt Black for external use
- Galvanised and painted Semi-Matt Black for a more hard-wearing external finish

This heavy duty firepits are 500mm wide and made from 3mm thick mild steel which are supported on solid bar sculpted legs. The fire pits are made to suit smaller outdoor spaces and be able to take them with you for use away from the home including camping. These bowls weigh roughly 10kg. This items is sold as collection only due to this being very heavy, but delivery can be arranged locally or nationally on on a pallet at an additional cost of £30+vat. The fire pit is designed to sit roughly 300mm from the floor and small water drainage hole at the bottom. Our log holders are all fully forged and textured with steel bars forged to shape punched and riveted leaving a exquisitely made log holder to a clean simple design The metalwork is heat treated, polished and traditional beeswax finish, which was sourced locally. The log holders we are selling is 500mm long/deep, 380mm on the front and back face and 600mm high.
