Project Description
West Country Blacksmiths were honoured to have works on the regeneration project at Kensington Palace, London.
Kensington Palace – Showing railing and shin rail produced and installed by West Country Blacksmiths
Our blacksmiths spent many month making and installing hundreds of meters of estate railing and shin railing whilst also restoring sections of the existing historic railing at the Palace.
A large team of skilled craftsmen spent over seven months both in the workshop in Somerset producing the metalwork and working onsite in London installing the r they railing they had made and restoring existing metalwork.
To work at such a prestigious location is a true honour and privileged for the Blacksmiths.
On completion of the project West Country Blacksmiths and all other tradespeople working on the project received a commemorative plate. This plate is on display in the offices of West Country Blacksmiths.
