Bespoke forgings undertaken By West Country Blacksmiths

Project focus – Panels for bespoke furniture undertaken by West Country Blacksmiths

West Country Blacksmiths and pleased to offer a bespoke forgings service where they undertake the necessary forging for components or a piece for project, made to a design or templates submitted.

We recently completed a  number of panels for use in bespoke piece of furniture on behalf of an interior designer. The panels were made as replicas to original panels which are proudly positioned at the V & A Museum in London. The original panels are made in cast brass and this was a truly challenging piece for smiths who produced the stunning metalwork pictured below.

This is on of those project which was extremely, extremely difficult and the team are so proud of what they have produced and have received recognition within the Blacksmithing word and have been suggested for a prestigious award for this piece and we welcome you to browse the picture
